1. Data controller

The controller responsible for the personal data collected through this site is Edubridges.com SAC, Peruvian tax ID (RUC) 20502358821, registered at Av. Circunvalación SKB4, Lima 15464 and at Av. 2. What information we collect

We only collect personal data when you choose to provide it, mainly through:

  • The contact form and the service-request assistant: name, company, email, phone, service of interest and the message you write.
  • Hardware orders: the same contact details, plus the order detail, your ID document number and the delivery address you provide.
  • The support ticket system: name, email, the case detail and any files you attach.
  • The virtual Complaints Book (required by Peruvian consumer-protection law for Spanish-language visitors): the data required by that regulation.
  • The hosting client backup panel: the email and password you receive from our team.
  • Cookies and measurement tools, described in section 7, only if you accept them.

We do not collect payment card or bank account details through this site.

3. How we use your information

We use the data you provide to: answer your inquiries and quote requests, provide technical support and follow up on your tickets, process and deliver hardware orders, handle Complaints Book filings within the legal deadline, grant you access to your hosting backup when applicable, and measure site usage for statistical purposes only when you authorize it through the cookie notice.

4. Legal basis and consent

Processing is based on the consent you give when submitting each form and, for measurement cookies, when you accept the corresponding notice. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@edubridges.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out.

5. Retention period

We keep contact and ticket data while a business or support relationship is active, and for up to 24 months after the last contact for follow-up purposes, unless a longer period is required by law (as with the Complaints Book). You may request earlier deletion under section 8.

6. Who we share this information with

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We only share information with service providers that help us operate the site, under their own privacy policies:

  • Google reCAPTCHA, to distinguish human submissions from automated ones on our forms.
  • Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics, only if you accept the cookie notice and our team has this tool configured; in that case, Google processes site-usage information outside Peru, including in the European Economic Area and the United States.
  • The email provider we use to send you replies and notifications from this site.

7. Cookies and measurement

This site uses its own cookies that are necessary for it to work (such as keeping your session while filling out a form) and, only if you accept, third-party cookies to measure site usage through Google Tag Manager. Until you accept, no measurement cookie is activated: this follows Google Consent Mode v2, and the notice shown on your first visit makes accepting and rejecting equally easy. You may change your decision at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.

8. Your rights

Under Peru's Law No. 29733 (Personal Data Protection Law) and, where applicable, the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected if inaccurate, have it deleted once no longer necessary, and object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to info@edubridges.com stating your name and the right you wish to exercise; we will respond within the legally required timeframe.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, encrypted storage of passwords, access controls on our administrative panels, and periodic backups. No system is 100% infallible, but we work to keep these standards current.

10. Children

This site is directed at businesses and institutions and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or applicable regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
